    Ching is a true master at character development! I’m just about to start Lucifer’s Pride, but I’m not ready!! I’m not ready to finish it! I’m a flight attendant and these books have kept me sane throughout Holiday Season.. lol Maybe I’ll start over again first... I would LOVE to see these stories played out on screen! Update: I just did a quick search as I’m typing this and see that it’s “in development” I can hardly wait!!

    This is the first fiction book series I’ve ever really gotten into, aside from books of poetry. I’ve read other books which had a story I liked but I felt like I was mostly wasting my time and wasn't satisfied enough to continue them. Now... I’m not sure if that’s just because I’m getting more patient or more imaginative with age or if it’s actually that well done, but I’m thinking it’s mostly the latter. The reason for that is that the chapters seem shorter than most fiction books, and everything that is written seems like it is actually important for understanding the main story. There’s no pointless filler like most fiction has, I mainly read nonfiction or watch video stories because I get bored of the pointless/meaningless time wasting filler in fiction books. Like I’ve seen in other reviews, I thought that this could easily be made into a video series because it plays out like one already. Most fiction books I’ve seen have a lot of drawl and go on far too long for comfort in a lot of places which makes it difficult to consolidate into video because the important stuff is spread so thin throughout the crap (that most book readers seem to enjoy), so unless they rewrite the story for video they have to leave a lot out and either way leaves the fans unhappy. Each book could be made into a season of a series without leaving anything out or rewriting the story because it’s concise.

    These books are very good, I think this series would be a good TV show or movie. There was nothing that I think needed to be changed, other than the backstories of some of the character. I wanted to learn more about Malini and Abigail’s past.

    I was disappointed that it was labeled Christian fiction. The term Christian means a Christ follower. This book implies ALL religions that believe in a god is right. No mention of salvation through Christ. All angels would know this. It is mentioned several times in the Bible.

    Although fiction, this story had biblical truth in regards to forgiveness. Also, free will and how our choices affect not only ourselves- but others. One of my favorite quotes from this book is, “It is less important who is right than what is right”...Great Story.
